The remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the sole and exclusive options available, replacing any other express or implied warranties. Garmin disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Where disclaimers are not allowed, implied warranties are limited to the same one-year duration as this Limited Warranty. Garmin is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products.
